I began in the industry in the late 90s as part of the digital revolution and as a fan of the wave of independent films from the USA.
Being part of a 2 person partnership I learn all facets of production and as director of content loved editing.
I have been the Creative Director and Producer at my own company Resolution Media which formed in 2004 focusing on TVC and corporate brand films.
As this has grown I have been able to refocus my energy on film making and as part of that editing.
My first long form editing job was a 6 part series I Directed for FoxSports call "The Ice: Road to 3PEAT". In 2013 I made my feature documentary debut as Director with the release of "Lygon Street - Si Parla Italiano" which I also edited. This film debut at MIFF that year and set records at the NOVA cinema in Carlton.
In 2014 I began producing the feature length documentary "Gurrumul" directed by Paul Damien Williams. I began doing rough assemblies of the film before Ken Sallows spent 12 weeks working the archive footage in to shape. I then spent the next 6 months fine tuning and bringing the project to completion.
