“Initially Kris studied at the Conservatorium of Music training as an electro-acoustic composer.
Somehow she ended up as a film editor.

Now with over 20 years experience, she has worked on films such as Moulin Rouge, Superman Returns, Peter Pan and The Magician.
She has edited indigenous documentaries, music documentaries, trailers, and a myriad of television commercials.

Kris has a natural ability to cut to music and is drawn to editing documentary style.
She loves to find the emotional narrative in any story and through her unique perspective is always looking for ways to challenge the conventions of filmmaking.

She freelances in both Melbourne and Sydney, and overseas. She has her own editing suite and can work anywhere around the world.
