Simon Wright
BIO
I’m a Sydney-based, Emmy-winning editor best known for the Netflix hit series "Love on the Spectrum." My credits span award-winning series and documentaries including "Employable Me" (Rose d'Or Award, 2018), "Miriam Margolyes: Almost Australia" (AACTA Award, 2020), and the record-breaking feature documentary "Rose Gold" (2023). Most recently, I edited "Sold! Who Broke the Australian Dream?," which premiered on Binge.
Beyond the edit suite, I serve on the Mental Health First Aid Australia (MHFA) Advisory Group and on the executive committee of the Australian Screen Editors Guild (ASE), where I focus on Health & Wellness and Diversity & Inclusion. I’m also an avid member of WNOW (When No One’s Watching).
