Brought to you by the Australian Screen Editors & Videocraft Pro this action packed competition gives five editors two hours to edit a montage from the same set of rushes. Fantastic prizes are on the line as the audience votes for who will claim the legendary golden scissors.

Get your tickets now and join our hosts Riccy Felixberto ASE and Gabby Muir as they guide you through the competition with talks with special guests.

Pizza, beer, wine and soft drink are also included in your ticket price.

Want to join the fun, but can’t get there on the night? Then register for the live streaming and gather your friends, get your own food and drinks and join in the fun. You’ll also be able to vote for your favourite via mobile.

Once it’s all over, come join us at the official afterparty at the Depot Brewery just a short 8 minute walk away.

Think you have what it takes to compete?

When getting a ticket you have the option to apply to be a competitor. If selected to compete, we’ll refund your ticket price.

Competitors will be provided with a computer (Mac), special calibrated monitor (EIZO), your editing software of choice (Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve), a choice of music tracks (from Audio Network), plus all media files ready to edit. All you have to do is turn up and strut your stuff.

But get in early as the competition is fierce and spaces are limited.
