It’s so encouraging to see our members coming along in such great numbers to support one another and be a part of our vibrant post production culture. These meetups happen on the last Sunday of every month and we look forward to seeing you all on September 24th at the Keg and Brew in Surry Hills at 2pm. September's theme will be announced in a couple of weeks so keep an eye out.
ASE Vice President
Sundowners, Documentary Edition is on July 30th
This Sunday the ASE has an editing double bill. In the morning we have Oscar-nominated Editors
Matt Villa ASE and Jonathan Redmond chatting with Assistant Editor Matt McMillan about editing 'Elvis' on Zoom.
Following this the ASE is launching the Co-Editing Guidelines. Then in the afternoon is Sundowners,
our monthly meetup that happens on the last Sunday of every month in Sydney. This month's theme is Documentary and we have an exciting array of additional special guests to announce.
Andrew Cooke ASE
Harriet Clutterbuck ASE
They join an already stacked list of incredible doco cutters:
Andrea Lang ASE
Jane St Vincent Welch ASE
Lindi Harrison ASE
Sally Fryer ASE
We warmly invite everyone in post production, no matter your experience level to come and catch up with your fellow post production peers. The ASE welcomes practitioners from all genres and experience levels so don't be shy if you don't work in Documentary or think you have too little (or too much) experience.
Where: Keg and Brew Rooftop - 26 Foveaux St, Surry Hills NSW
When: 2pm Sunday 30th July
