Live at Digistor's offices in Sydney, five emerging Editors will compete to show off their editing artistry and speed. Each will edit a one-minute music video in only two hours and this year we will be adding a genre bending surprise twist! The winner will take home amazing prizes from Adobe, Avid, Blackmagic Design, and Digester.
Edit Royale is a fun, live and interactive event where you get to witness the programmes emerging from the raw media while enjoying the live commentary and beer, wine and pizza. Watch Editors make creative decisions under pressure and see how others work across the different platforms - picking up invaluable tips.
As part of the half time entertainment we will be hosting a talk by Walter Bienz from The Solid State. Walter recently won best trailer in the world at the World Trailer Awards. There will also be special presentations from Adobe, Avid, and Blackmagic Design.
Included in your ticket is Beer, Wine, Soft Drink and Pizza. Plus every ticket has the chance to win generous lucky door prizes from our sponsors. So even if you are not competing there is plenty to do.
Tickets are $10 for ASE Members and $20 for everyone else. Places are strictly limited and every year has sold out so get in fast before you miss out.
